Tournament Information 

Fields:

TUMA Soccer Complex Marian, IA near           Cedar Rapids, IA                             

Great playing surface and good size fields all at one location. 

Dates:

Saturday Novermber 8, 2008

Divisions:

U16: Born 8/1/91 or younger – up to 22 rostered players, only 18 allowed each game.

U17: Born 8/1/90 or younger – up to 22 rostered players, only 18 allowed each game.

U18 & U19: Born 8/1/88 or younger – up to 22 rostered players, only 18 allowed each game

 

Eligibility:

All players must be members of the US Club Soccer or USYSA or the state association in which their team plays. Each player must have a valid player pass that will be checked at registration. Out-of-state teams must have travel permits approved by their state association. US Club Soccer teams do not need travel permits.  Guest players (unlimited) will also required valid players passes and will need to have a   Guest Player Permit Form 

Entry Fee:

U-16 through U-18 entry fee is $325.00 per team.  Once your team has been accepted to participate in the tournament, the fee is non-refundable.   Check made payable to the Windy City Pride Soccer Club and mailed to the address listed.

Games:

Each team will play 2 games with 2x35 minute halves - utilizing the F.I.F.A. rules modified by the tournament committee.

No awards given this is a recruiting friendly.

Check-In Information:

Teams may check-in 45min.-1 hour before your first game.  Teams can check in any time sooner.  First game is scheduled for 10:30 am.                       

You will need to have the following items at check in: 

-         30 copies of team roster/information for the college coaches.  Your roster might want to include the following (name, jersey number, contact info, graduation year, height/weight, GPA, ACT/SAT, position, ODP etc.)

-        Travel Permit for out of state teams (If you are US Club, no permit is necessary. If not, you can get it at www.usclubsoccer.com and click on "Registration" and then "Tournament Insurance")

-         Official Roster (teams may have up to 22 players)

-         Player passes (including guest players)

-         Application/Fee ($325 made out to the Windy City Pride Soccer Club) if you have not submitted

Saturday, & Sunday July 19-20, 2008

Divisions:

* Only 18 players are permitted to dress and participate in a match.

Entry Deadline:

All entries, and entry fee, must be received by July 1st, 2008 to be considered. Applications received after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list.  Applications received by May 5th will receive a $50 discount.  Acceptance will be sent out by June 11th.  Acceptance will be emailed or  posted to the tournament web site by June 11, 2008.

Games:

Each team will play a minimum of 3 games with 2x35 minute halves - utilizing the F.I.F.A. rules modified by the tournament committee.  All Championship games will also be 2x35 minute halves.

Awards:

Team and individual awards will be given for 1st and 2nd place in each age division

First Aid:

Complete with medical personnel.
